You must be 18+ to order. We can cancel an order for any reason (most likely reasons would be for a customer being unable to drop-off their glove in Mission, KS or their glove being older than 1990). If we do cancel the order, we will notify and refund you immediately. Prices may change, but a customer must pay what's shown at checkout. This is a family side-hustle business. We will be checking email and responding within 24 hours of receiving a message during Monday-Friday. However, we may not respond over the weekends. For full glove or mitt relace services, we will complete the work in 10 business days. For partial relace services, we will complete the work in 5 business days. Sometimes stuff happens (family gets sick, mom or dad goes out town, etc..). If there's a problem, email us and we'll work it out. These terms follow Kansas law.
